 CUT IT

PDF, SVG, DXF downloads. If you are printing to cut with a craft knife, just use the PDF file, if you have a cutting machine please use the SVG OR DXF files.

Materials:

  • A4 paper, any colour of your choice, weight between 120gms-160gsm (I’d recommend thinner paper if you new to cutting, 130gsm works best)

  • Craft knife and blade

  • Cutting matt

Instructions:

 Step one

Print your template on the paper of your choice. When cutting, the knife should be held at roughly 45 degrees. To cut the curved line, smoothly rotate the blade between your thumb and index finger as you cut, try practising these techniques on a scrap piece of paper first.

 Step two

Cut the shapes out, start by cutting the smaller shapes from the middle and working your way to the larger shapes.

 Step three

Place in your window for all to see, use sellotape to attach.

PRINT IT

Download the PDF or JPG file, print out with your printer at home, place in your window for all to see.

 COLOUR IT

Download the PDF or JPG file, print out with your printer at home, colour in the design in any way you like, place in your window for all to see.

Why not try designing your own, print out the file in the folder named “Design Your Own”, print out “NHS-template-Design Your Own-colourinn” file, JPG OR PDF and get designing.
